กรณีที่ต้องการขอยกเลิกการเดินทาง หรือเลื่อนการเดินทาง ( ผู้มีชื่อในเอกสารการจอง ) ท่านจะต้องส่งเอกสารผ่านทาง E-Mail เท่านั้น เพื่อเป็นการแจ้งขอเลื่อนหรือยกเลิกการจองเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่รับยกเลิกการจองผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ
